The Dishwasher - Kitchen Cleaning Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dishroom areas in accordance with Omni Hotels & Resorts standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all kettles are cleaned and sanitized at the beginning of each shift.
  • Wash and store all pots, pans, and utensils in a clean and organized manner.
  • Remove all food stains, smoke residue, and other debris from cookware before storage.
  • Keep the dishroom and surrounding areas clean and free of clutter.
  • Clean and sanitize all counters, sinks, and floors at the end of each shift.
  • Load the dishwasher with dirty dishes as needed and ensure it is functioning properly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
  • Sweep and mop the kitchen as needed to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Clean walls and other surfaces as needed to maintain a clean and attractive environment.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist culinary staff with any needs or requests.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager.
  • Assist in other departments as needed to support the overall operation of the hotel.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with chemicals and cleaning solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
