About the Role

As a Corporate Learning Specialist for Global Operations, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for restaurant Team Members and Managers. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging and effective learning experiences within an online and blended learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop curricula for global role-based, experience, standards, and technology training programs
  • Execute training design and field-ready processes to ensure high-quality, relevant, and accessible training content
  • Design and develop training and performance support tools for delivery across multiple business channels
  • Write and edit learning documentation, including storyboards, scripts, trainers' notes, and other materials
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on evaluation data, field feedback, and external best practices
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field, plus 5+ years of experience; or Master's degree with at least 3 years of experience; or Doctorate with no experience required
  • 5+ years of instructional design experience leveraging multiple delivery approaches, including technology-driven platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality results using rapid development methods and tools
  • Proven project management skills for curricula development and implementation
  • Experience working with Rapid Authoring tools, including Storyline 360, Rise 360, Vyond, Camtasia, PowerPoint, In-Design, and Word
