We are in search of a skilled and experienced Electrical Field Services Manager to oversee our operations in the construction sector.
This is a permanent role that provides the chance to engage with a diverse array of projects and clients.The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a robust background in PLC programming, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and induction motors. They should be proficient in developing and implementing control systems and comfortable with client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Electrical Field Services Manager, your primary responsibilities will encompass:
- Overseeing and coordinating the activities of the field service team to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
- Designing and implementing control systems according to project specifications.
- Diagnosing and resolving intricate electrical and mechanical challenges promptly and effectively.
- Programming and maintaining PLCs, particularly Allen-Bradley PLCs.
- Engaging with clients to comprehend their needs, address their concerns, and guarantee their satisfaction.
- Interpreting electronic schematics and adhering to NEC standards.
- Managing projects to ensure timely completion, adherence to budget, and compliance with safety regulations and quality benchmarks.
- Providing technical support and training to field service personnel.
- Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and elevate customer experience.
Qualifications:
To qualify for the Electrical Field Services Manager position, candidates must possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience within the construction industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in PLC programming, specifically with Allen-Bradley PLCs.
- Strong skills in troubleshooting and resolving electrical and mechanical issues.
- A solid understanding of induction motors.
- Experience in developing and implementing control systems.
- Excellent client interaction capabilities.
- Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and NEC regulations.
- Exceptional project management skills.
- One to two years of college or trade school education in a relevant field.
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
