Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers with finding and purchasing auto parts.
- Answer customer questions regarding vehicle-related issues.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments.
- Stock and pull auto parts as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a thorough background check and drug screen.
- Must have knowledge of automotive parts and be able to provide expert advice to customers.
Physical Demands:
The typical day will include walking, squatting, and lifting. The employee must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50lbs or more) as needed.
