As a Staff Nurse with North Shore Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to a group of residents/patients under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Experience working in long-term care or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
