Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Building Maintenance Technician to support our client. The ideal candidate will be tasked with executing maintenance work orders and fulfilling various operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute maintenance and repair tasks on facility systems
  • Conduct basic mechanical repairs, including the replacement of air handlers, compressors, and light fixtures
  • Perform carpentry, plumbing, and drywall repairs as required
  • Carry out routine preventive maintenance and inspections on all facility equipment
  • Manage inventory supplies effectively
  • Supervise external contractors' work when necessary

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in maintenance or related fields
  • Knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment
  • Ability to manage physical workload
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on deadlines
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
