About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Senior Physician (m/f/d) for Neonatology to join our team at BlueHorizon Solutions. As a leading provider of medical services, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment that fosters growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Neonatology department and provide medical expertise to ensure the highest level of care for newborns and premature infants.
- Collaborate with a team of specialists to provide comprehensive care for patients with a wide range of age-specific conditions.
- Develop and implement clinical guidelines and protocols to ensure best practices in neonatal care.
- Participate in academic teaching and research activities to advance the field of neonatology.
Requirements:
- Board certification in Pediatrics and Neonatology.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in neonatology, with a strong track record of leadership and clinical expertise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
