HVACR Instructor

We are seeking a highly qualified HVACR Instructor to join our team at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. As an HVACR Instructor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering instruction in an engaging environment to foster learner success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and continually revise curriculum that includes multicultural perspectives, core abilities, and technical content to meet industry or regulatory standards.
• Utilize engaging instructional strategies and methodologies which foster student success both in and outside of the classroom.
• Provide immediate, routine, and consistent feedback to students to assist them in improving performance in technical and core ability competencies.

Requirements:

• Associate Degree in subject area or Registered Journey-worker's/Apprentice certificate in subject area with 5 years of direct occupational experience.
• EPA Section 608 Certification.

Preferred Requirements:

• Associate Degree and either: 1) Certified Master HVAC Educator, or 2) Eight Service NATE Certifications with Senior Analyst Certification and 5 years of direct occupational experience.
