Job Title: Client Relations Specialist/ Operations Manager

The Client Relations Specialist/ Operations Manager serves as the primary liaison to our prospective and current clients and the leadership team. This role is responsible for managing current partnerships to ensure adequate and timely follow up on all new and existing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage current partnerships to ensure adequate and timely follow up on all new and existing needs.
  • Function as a liaison between the facility, providers and operations to ensure organizational expectations and outcomes are met to both company and client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain local professional relationships and drive referrals.
  • Assess client needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Work collaboratively with all departments and partners to ensure company expectations are met and achieved from an operational and clinical aspect.
  • Computer literate with a working knowledge of EMR (Electronic Medical Records).
  • Working knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and healthcare software.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' healthcare and/or healthcare sales experience required.
  • 1 year of skilled nursing facility experience.
  • High School Diploma required, AA or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Requires travel.
  • Valid Driver's License.
