  • Crisis Management: Identify and calmly handle inherently stressful situations with tact.
  • Sterile Technique: Maintain the highest standard of sterile technique during procedures.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Be flexible and take on new responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of surgery experience if uncertified or graduate of an accredited surgical technology program preferred.
  • Certifications: Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certification required. Surgical Technologist certification preferred.
