Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present legal research and arguments to ensure sound arguments pursuant to law.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on their legal rights and options.
  • Conduct thorough investigations, interviewing clients, witnesses, and relevant parties.
  • Analyze and develop approaches to resolve complex legal issues.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A graduate degree from an accredited law school and membership in good standing with the Michigan Bar Association or pending bar results.
  • Proven experience in criminal law, with a strong emphasis on cases involving indigent defendants.
