Salary Range: $55,000 - $85,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing accurate quotations and pricing for projects
  • Creating detailed proposals tailored to client needs

  • Actively engaging in switchgear and control panel projects from start to finish
  • Interacting with team members across various levels
  • Managing multiple project components simultaneously
  • Balancing work between office and onsite environments

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in switchgear, motor control centers, panelboards, breakers, etc.
  • Prior experience in the electrical distribution sector is a plus
  • Familiarity with leading industry brands such as Siemens, ABB, Eaton, and Sq D
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and closing abilities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Capable of working efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Solid mathematical and analytical skills
  • Clear and concise communication abilities
  • Proficient in computer applications and Microsoft Office
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to enhance product and service knowledge
  • Valid driver's license for company vehicle operation

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods
  • Comfortable using computer equipment and climbing stairs regularly
  • Frequent involvement in a production/manufacturing setting
