Caregiver Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate childcare professional to join our team as a nanny or babysitter. The ideal candidate will have experience working with infants, toddlers, and young children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide loving and attentive care for children, prioritizing their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Engage in activities that promote learning and cognitive development, tailored to each child's age and needs.
  • Assist with daily routines, including meal preparation, feeding, and dressing.
  • Educate children through play-based learning techniques, fostering their social and emotional skills.
  • Maintain a clean and organized living space for the children.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns.
  • Administer first aid when necessary and maintain a first aid kit on hand.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience in childcare settings such as nannying, babysitting, daycare, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of infant care and toddler practices.
  • Ability to create a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children.
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with both children and parents.
  • Patient, reliable, and a genuine love for working with children.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate family needs.
