Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our team at Community Healthcare System. As a Long Term Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor residents' status, including vital signs, lab values, nutrition, and activity.
- Complete nursing assessments according to facility policies and procedures and standards of nursing care.
- Record all significant observations in the nurses' notes.
- Receive and follow up on new orders.
- Inform the dietary department of new admissions or dietary changes.
- Complete incident reports and notify physicians and family members.
- Administer medications and document on the resident's MAR.
- Communicate with the interdisciplinary care plan team to ensure resident needs are met.
- Maintain a safe environment and adhere to OSHA and regulatory requirements.
- Active RN or LPN License in the State of Kansas.
