Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Officer to join our team at Safety Ops Specialists. As a Security Officer, your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and secure environment for our clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to maintain a high level of visibility and deter any potential security threats.
  • Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized personnel have access to the facility.
  • Remove trespassers when necessary and take appropriate action to prevent any further incidents.
  • Monitor surveillance cameras to ensure the security and integrity of the premises.
  • Respond promptly to reports of suspicious activity and take necessary steps to address the situation.
  • Prepare and submit daily activity reports and any security incident reports as required.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Security Guard or in a similar position is highly desirable.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong understanding of public safety and security procedures is essential.
  • Excellent written communication skills and report writing ability are necessary.
  • Ability to operate surveillance equipment is required.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism is expected.
  • Attention to detail and strong observational skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is required.
Compensation

$14.00 per hour
