Operating Room Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse Operating Room Part Time to join our team at HCA Florida North Florida Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the hospital's mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Registered Nurse Operating Room Part Time, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care in the operating room, ensuring the highest level of safety and quality care.
- Collaborating with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient operating room operations.
- Developing and implementing individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's unique needs and preferences.
- Monitoring and reporting patient progress, identifying potential complications, and taking prompt action to address them.
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure clear understanding and coordination of care.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A valid Florida RN license or appropriate compact licensure.
- One year of experience in an operating room or procedural area, with a strong understanding of surgical procedures and patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
