We are seeking a skilled Restoration Service Leader to join our team at Southeast Restoration. In this role, you will lead the restoration process, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support throughout the process.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of relatable work experience and desired certifications include IICRC WRT, ASD, AMRT, and FSRT. You will work closely with a Mitigation Site Manager to ensure that departmental and location goals are achieved.
You will be responsible for maintaining individual job profitability through thorough scope documentation and effective communication. This includes recognizing the need for coverage confirmation prior to performing certain scopes of work and having a working knowledge of TPA program guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership of the restoration process
- Maintenance of individual job profitability
- Communication with stakeholders
- Collaboration with a Mitigation Site Manager
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, with opportunities to earn additional quarterly incentives and share company profits through our Profit Based Bonus Plan. Our benefits package includes a Paid Time Off Package, Your Birthday off Each Calendar Year, and Safe Harbor 401K with up to 4% Company Match.
