We are seeking a skilled RN Clinical Nurse to join our team at Wellstar Health System. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care using evidence-based practice.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that is consistent with population-specific characteristics.
- Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care that promotes the professional care delivery model.
- Participate in performance improvement, research, and research utilization to promote safe, quality patient care.
- Serve as a preceptor and/or mentor for other professional nurses and staff to ensure a current and future qualified workforce.
- Associate's Degree in nursing or Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing.
- Less than 1 year Completion of accredited/ approved school of nursing with requisition clinical hours.
- Direct patient care experience preferred.
