Job Summary

Oceaneering is a global leader in engineered services and products for the offshore energy industry. We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute low-complexity ordering of goods, supplies, equipment, and services in accordance with prescribed purchasing policies, regulations, and procedures.
  • Monitor and report status and progress of orders to procurement leaders.
  • Review and analyze purchase requisitions, prepare and solicit bids, and negotiate for the purchase of goods, supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Manage procurement plan and pricing strategy to support cost objectives and ensure delivery schedules are adequate to support project and operational needs.
  • Resolve purchasing issues between Oceaneering and vendors.
Requirements
  • A four-year degree in business or a technical discipline plus one year of buying experience.
  • Knowledge of purchasing practices and procedures, materials, products, and the commodity market in an area of specialization.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
Additional Information

This position is hybrid-remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.
