Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Encapsulation Operator to join our production team at Thorne Research Inc. As an Encapsulation Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate encapsulation equipment to produce high-quality products
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to ensure compliance
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure product quality and consistency
  • Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior manufacturing experience and mechanical aptitude preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
  • Ability to work overtime as required
