Transportation Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Manager to oversee the daily operations of our transportation team at The Sagamore Resort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our guests and team members.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and manage the transportation team to meet the needs of our guests and business operations.
- Manage payroll and ensure timely submission of reports.
- Stay informed of guest transportation needs and preferences.
- Assist passengers with luggage and provide exceptional customer service.
- Drive resort shuttles, airport, train, and bus arrivals and departures.
- Drive guests on tours and provide transportation for various resort activities.
- Deliver and pick up messages, faxes, and packages throughout the resort.
- Clean and maintain vehicles to ensure they are in excellent condition.
- Communicate with base station and other vehicles using radio or similar devices.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in transportation management and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21-$23 per hour
Expected Hours: 32 hours per week
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with night shifts and weekends as needed.
