Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager with HR Responsibilities to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing business operations, including human resources, finance, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in HR and/or office management.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
- Experience working with Paylocity or other full-service HRIS systems.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and employees at all levels.
