About the Role
We are seeking a Caregiver/Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver/Direct Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges.
- Assist individuals with their daily living needs, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Support individuals in developing and achieving their goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
- Assist individuals with their personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to provide a comprehensive support system for individuals.
Requirements
- No formal education required.
- No experience required.
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for day and evening shifts.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
- Ability to provide support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges.
