Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team at our Mercato location in Naples, FL. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales goals, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Utilize Lovesac's proprietary selling process to provide outstanding service to customers
  • Offer additional financing options to customers, including Lovesac credit card and secondary financing programs
  • Consistently educate clients on current promotional offerings and products
  • Maintain inventory integrity and accuracy, protecting company assets at all times
  • Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns, including product placement and marketing updates
  • Partner with store management to ensure customer service issues are resolved and enhance all aspects of customer service
  • Maintain store standards, including merchandising, marketing, store cleanliness, and safety
  • Maintain a calm demeanor and manage issues professionally and respectfully
  • Act with integrity and trust, modeling behavior that respects employees, peers, and customers

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed KPIs and goals
  • Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment
  • Able to prioritize responsibilities with the appropriate level of urgency and make effective decisions
  • Accountable and responsible for actions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently
  • Superior communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
  • Maintains the highest level of customer service and creates solutions and experiences that drive business results and engagement with the brand
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Compliance with Lovesac's Employee Handbook and ability to use and operate all equipment as required
