Job Title: Advocate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advocate to join our team at Youth Advocate Programs. As an Advocate, you will play a vital role in supporting youth and families in our community, helping them achieve their goals and overcome challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and implement direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families
  • Develop and implement service plans based on a strength-based approach using the wrap-around model
  • Provide support and guidance to youth and families in community, school, and home settings
  • Collaborate with community resources to provide comprehensive support to youth and families

Requirements:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance coverage
