Inventory Management Specialist

About the Role:
Job ResponsibilitiesAs an Inventory Management Specialist, you will oversee the receipt of products into the POS system, organize and account for products, and assist in processing weekly pallets. You will also process damaged or defective products back to the Fulfillment Center, report these items to the Inventory Control Team, and collaborate with the management team to ensure an adequate product level for customer purchase. Furthermore, you will maintain store presentation, ensure proper merchandise placement, and adhere to company standards.

We seek a highly motivated individual with prior experience in retail, inventory management, customer service, or sales, who possesses exceptional computer skills, mathematical aptitude, and strong written and verbal communication abilities. Self-motivation, attention to detail, adaptability, and enthusiasm for continuous learning are essential qualities for success in this role. Proficiency in RetailPro and other POS systems is necessary, while motorcycle familiarity or interest is beneficial.
