Job Overview

This Residential Counselor position is available on a part-time basis, working 22 hours per week, with a focus on providing supportive care in a home environment. You will be responsible for helping individuals develop connections and meaningful relationships in their community, supporting them in developing new skills to become independent, happy, and successful.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) that meet the unique needs and goals of each individual.
  • Provide supportive care and assistance with daily living tasks, including personal care, household chores, and transportation.
  • Foster positive relationships with individuals, families, and community members to ensure comprehensive support and care.
  • Participate in regular training and professional development to stay current on best practices and regulations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalency.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver up to 25 - 75 pounds.

$45,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. The estimated salary is based on industry standards and takes into account factors such as cost of living, education level, and job requirements.
