Medical Imaging Specialist

About the Role:
Nuclear Med Techs perform critical procedures to diagnose and treat various medical conditions. They prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients for imaging purposes, operate gamma cameras, and ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Perform nuclear medicine procedures to diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients for imaging purposes.
- Operate gamma cameras and other nuclear medicine equipment to acquire images.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures, providing clear instructions and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret images and provide accurate diagnostic information.
Requirements:
- ARRT (N) certification
- BLS certifications
- Two years of recent Nuclear Med Tech experience
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
