Barista - Starbucks

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at White Lodging. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving beverages and food in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area, equipment, and surrounding environment.
• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food, including specialty drinks and menu items.
• Anticipate customer needs and preferences, and make recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
