Salary & Benefits

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, their families, and colleagues to create personalized care plans.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility assistance.
  • Develop real, meaningful relationships with clients, their families, and colleagues.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
