At Orange Theory, we're passionate about helping people live longer, more vibrant lives through fitness. Our science-based, full-body workout uses technology to measure performance, and our highly trained coaches lead members to target at least 12 minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up their metabolism.

We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales Associates. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for greeting members with enthusiasm and energy, presenting the Orange Theory concept to interested consumers, and working at our front desk to answer phones and provide exceptional customer service.

• Greet members with a smile and provide a warm welcome
• Present the Orange Theory concept to interested consumers
• Work at our front desk to answer phones and provide exceptional customer service
• Give studio tours and showcase our facilities
• Work with trainers to guide new members through their first workout
• Sell memberships and help our studio thrive
• Follow up with prospective clients and ensure a smooth onboarding process
• Handle member concerns and resolve issues in a professional and objective manner
• Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our brand
• Ensure all areas of the studio are clean and organized
