AccentCare is a leading provider of post-acute healthcare services, seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced professional who can provide high-quality patient care in a home health setting. As a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant, you will be responsible for implementing care plans, communicating with patients and their families, and educating them on basic home safety and medical equipment safety.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
