About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at DispatchHealth Imaging. As a mobile ultrasound technologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound exams for patients in various service locations, including private residences, skilled nursing homes, and correctional facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to service locations to perform ultrasound exams using company-provided equipment
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Demonstrate safe work practices, including safe driving, infection control, and use of personal protective equipment
  • Perform sonographic examinations as ordered by physicians and prepare preliminary worksheets for reading radiologists
  • Complete all necessary forms and maintain accurate records of work performed
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited program in Sonography
  • Credentialed in medical sonography by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record
  • Ability to move or lift equipment up to 50 pounds
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
