Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is a clinician-owned and operated home health agency dedicated to providing exceptional care to children with special needs. We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
About the RoleAs a Physical Therapist with our agency, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of pediatric patients, each with their unique needs and challenges. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help our patients achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement physical therapy interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and overall function
- Collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers to educate them on therapeutic activities and promote carryover into daily routines
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Current CPR certification
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in pediatric physical therapy, preferably in a home health setting
