The Sales and Marketing Associate will play a crucial role in engaging with clients, executing customer satisfaction assessments, pinpointing prospective clients, and collaborating with the sales team on various initiatives. Additional responsibilities include managing customer relationship management (CRM) records, crafting marketing communications, and providing updates to management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to clients (both past and present) via phone to assess their status
  • Conduct yearly customer satisfaction assessments
  • Identify potential clients through diverse strategies
  • Evaluate business requirements and existing suppliers of potential clients
  • Enhance outbound email engagement and maintain CRM documentation
  • Create marketing communications and report results to management
  • Provide weekly updates to management

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing or telemarketing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM software
