Job Summary

The Golf Shop Attendant will provide exceptional customer service to guests and assist the golf professional staff in golf shop operations, merchandise sales, and other golf-related activities. This role requires a highly motivated and self-starter individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a memorable guest experience by offering friendly and expedient service.
  • Process customer reservations and transactions accurately.
  • Provide exceptional phone etiquette and assist customers with processing special item orders.
  • Collect green and cart fees from guests and process in the POS system.
  • Maintain professional appearance and cleanliness of the golf shop.
  • Perform opening, clean-up, and closing procedures.
  • Assist in reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges.

Working Conditions
  • Regularly required to reach with arms and hands.
  • Often required to walk, stand, talk, or hear, handle, feel, or operate objects.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 30lbs occasionally.
  • Occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Occasionally work outdoors to assist with Outside Guest Services.
