Job Summary

The Cafe Attendant will provide exceptional customer service and food preparation skills while operating the bar for the Commons restaurant at the Sonesta Select hotel. This role requires a strong ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a clean and safe workspace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Preparation
    Prepare specialty beverages, a la carte food, and specialty alcoholic drinks according to Sonesta standards.
  • Customer Service
    Provide excellent service to guests, respond to their needs, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Point of Sale Operations
    Operate the POS cash register accurately and efficiently.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    Maintain the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the work area and seating area.
  • Teamwork
    Participate in departmental meetings, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to a positive team environment.
