Concierge Opportunity at Adamas Building Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team at Adamas Building Services. As a leading provider of White Glove Services for luxury properties, we require an individual who can deliver exceptional customer service and support to our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet residents and guests, determining the nature of their visit and directing them to the appropriate destination.
  • Check-in and announce incoming guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Receive and deliver packages and mail, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Resolve complaints and issues from residents and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform basic clerical duties, including answering telephones, faxing, copying, and scheduling appointments.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a Front Desk or Office environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift boxes up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Proficiency in handling office equipment, including complex telephones, printers, and copy machines.
  • Dependability, punctuality, and flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
