Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team at St. Teresa Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Manchester, NH. As a per diem LNA, you will provide high-quality care to our residents while maintaining a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in and receive report from the licensed nurse at the beginning and end of assigned shifts.
  • Maintain awareness of care plans daily to ensure the provision of appropriate care.
  • Frequently observe residents during assigned shifts to ensure all personal care needs are being met.
  • Treat residents with kindness and dignity while respecting their rights and privacy at all times.
  • Encourage residents to develop and maintain independence and the highest level of functioning in all activities of daily living.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 17 and a half years old.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be licensed with the New Hampshire State Board of Nursing.
Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly wage range of $19.25 to $22.77 per hour, depending on years of experience. Additionally, you will receive shift differential pay for working weekend shifts.

As a per diem LNA, you will have the opportunity to work a minimum of 4 shifts a month, with at least 2 shifts on weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
