About the Position

The Licensed Therapeutic Counselor at Progressions Rehabilitation plays a pivotal role in overseeing behavioral therapies and collaborating with the management team to enhance existing programs and develop new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for individuals within the program to identify areas of improvement.
  • Develop and manage personalized behavioral strategies and plans to promote positive outcomes.
  • Provide training to the team on plan implementation and documentation to ensure seamless execution.
  • Represent behavioral services at team meetings to foster collaboration and communication.
  • Monitor plan progress and compile reports for billing to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Attend appointments and liaise with the team to provide support and guidance.
  • Offer after-hours on-call support for individuals facing behavioral challenges to ensure timely intervention.
  • Additional assigned tasks to support the team and enhance program effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in health and human services to provide a strong foundation in behavioral therapies.
  • LMSW, LPC, or state licensure to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Two to five years' experience in working with individuals with disabilities to demonstrate expertise and understanding.
  • Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask in a demanding environment to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent customer service abilities to provide a high level of support and care.
  • Proficiency in MS Office to efficiently manage administrative tasks.
  • Willingness to travel between Progressions locations to support program expansion and development.
