Nursing Care Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing facility as a Nursing Care Team Lead in Anderson, SC.
About the RoleThis is a full-time opportunity that involves overseeing the care of residents under the supervision of the Director of Nursing. The ideal candidate will have experience in long-term care, skilled, and/or sub-acute care settings.
Responsibilities- Supervise and guide nursing staff to provide high-quality patient care.
- Assume responsibility for maintaining a safe environment for residents and ensuring adherence to standards of care.
- Coordinate resident assessments and develop plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A current Registered Nurse license in South Carolina.
- Experience working in a long-term care or similar setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Our organization provides a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
