Service Planner

Roaring Fork Transportation Authority (RFTA) is seeking a highly skilled Service Planner to join our team. As a Service Planner, you will be responsible for compiling and analyzing various data to develop and maintain efficient fixed transit routes and schedules.

• Analyze performance data to identify service improvements and efficiencies
• Develop and schedule seasonal signup period schedules
• Develop standard and custom reports for schedule information and service performance metrics
• Collaborate with operations manager(s) to run operator bidding activities
• Monitor and maintain ridership reporting tools

• Bachelor's degree in planning, transportation, engineering, or related field
• Minimum one year of experience in transportation planning related to transit service planning and scheduling
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to write basic SQL statements
