About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Machining Specialist to join our team at NovaTech Industries. As a CNC milling machine operator, you will play a critical role in the production of high-tech aviation components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and set up CNC-controlled 4- and 5-axis precision milling machines
  • Produce high-quality aviation components from challenging materials
  • Control production quality and ensure adherence to technical specifications
  • Support the CAM programming department in new and series production, spare part, and repair production
  • Document production processes using modern CAQ inspection order technology
  • Contribute to the design of production processes and continuously improve work processes
Requirements
  • Completed training as a machining mechanic (m/f/d) with a focus on milling
  • Knowledge of machining, preferably in milling and turning on CNC machines
  • Understanding of technical processes and good knowledge of reading component drawings
  • Precise and quality-conscious work style
  • Ability to work in a team and cooperate
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Solid PC skills
  • High quality awareness in line with the requirements of an aviation company
