  • Engage in industry-related meetings and training sessions to stay updated on trends.
  • Participate in strategic planning and internal meetings as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of ten years of relevant experience, ideally within a cooperative environment.
  • Proven management experience of 3-5 years, including training and supervisory roles.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective management across various levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
