Guitar Technician

The Guitar Center is seeking a skilled Guitar Technician to join our team. As a vital part of our store's operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship in repairing and maintaining customer-owned instruments.

About the Job:

We offer a competitive salary range of $16.00/hr - $24.00/hr, plus commissions based on experience and background. Our Guitar Technicians are also eligible for various employee benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401K with company match, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert repair and maintenance services for customer-owned instruments
• Assist in maintaining store inventory and ensuring its quality
• Offer exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients
• Develop and maintain product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and techniques
