Job Summary

Williamson Medical Center is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our Diagnostic Imaging team. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality imaging services to patients and physicians in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Prepare patients for MRI procedures, including explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Position patients correctly and ensure accurate image acquisition.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient procedures and images.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an ARRT-approved program in MRI technology.
  • Registered or working towards certification in MRI technology.
  • Experience in a hospital setting, preferably in MRI.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
