Job Description: Guest Experience AssociateAs a Guest Experience Associate at KIDS EMPIRE, you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests. Your primary responsibility is to ensure their satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service, resolving any concerns, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Warmly greet guests upon arrival, making them feel comfortable and valued within our facility.
- Efficiently manage the check-in process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision and professionalism.
- Maintain a well-stocked inventory of snacks, beverages, and other items available for purchase.
- Regularly patrol the play areas to ensure safety standards are met and guests are adhering to park rules and guidelines.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and hygienic environment by regularly cleaning restrooms and sanitizing common areas.
- Assist with the planning and execution of family events, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and approachable demeanor.
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in operating basic technology, such as iPads.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for extended periods.
- Frequent bilateral hand movements required for tasks such as handling cash, cleaning, and interacting with guests.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
