The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in our team, coordinating and providing nursing care for residents while supervising and guiding clinical staff members.

Average salary: $38,900-$53,000 per year, depending on experience, shift, and other factors.

Job FunctionsAs an LPN at Southfield Opco LLC, your responsibilities will include:
* Documenting resident conditions and nursing needs
* Accurately implementing physicians' orders
* Assigning nursing care to team members based on resident needs and staff capabilities
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A graduate degree from an accredited LPN/LVN school of nursing
* Valid LPN/LVN license in the state employed
* Valid CPR certification
