Private Duty Nurse RN

Job Summary:
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse RN to provide high-quality care to our patients in their homes. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will work closely with our patients and their families to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet their unique needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the patient's physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Document patient progress and outcomes in our electronic medical record system.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- At least 6 months of experience in home health or hospice care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
