Construction Laborer

Hilweh Builders is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Laborer to assist with various construction needs. The ideal candidate will work side-by-side with the Contractor or Carpenter to create a smooth, safe, and efficient building process.

• Perform a variety of physical general construction labor tasks on construction projects, including tidying up work areas, loading and unloading building materials and construction equipment, and preparing work sites.
• Assist skilled workers, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, as needed.
• Operate hand tools and basic construction machinery under supervision.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Communicate effectively with crew and customers.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects within specified timelines.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in construction or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Pass a background check.
